Comments: Extra Fine margins and centering with "15" cancel. One of the true rarities of the Greek Large Hermes Head Issue. This is from the coarse printing prior to the plates being cleaned in 1868. In addition to a 1997 American Philatelic Society expert Certificate, it is twice signed on the back.
Condition: Stamp is sound with the exception of a small thin which can be seen top center in the view of the reverse side above. Some minor hinge adhesive remnants.
